Hey DAa friends,
Many of You, Whenever You Turn on Your PC and then starting up the internet connection get this notification of antivirus software saying "DAa Updates for software are available " or "software is updating" , After seeing this some of You may get frustrated that why is it so, that whenever I start up my Computer it asks for updating?

The answer Here in this case is simple. But In order to understand this you have to know that how the antivirus works.
Basically DAa Antivirus software is nothing but has a huge collection of programs. Now whenever you start your PC or insert a Pendrive , The very first thing an antivirus will do is that it will start a check for detection of virus or infected programs.
How it does that?
Identifying suspicious behavior from any computer program which might indicate infection or it tries to match that piece of code to its library or collection of virus codes which are identified by its manufacturer or programmer.In their language these collections or libraries are "VIRUS DEFINATIONS".
Therefore  two approaches are used by antivirus

The suspicious behavior approach, by contrast, doesn't attempt to identify known viruses, but instead monitors the behavior of all programs. If one program tries to write data to an executable program, for example, this is flagged as suspicious behavior and the user is alerted to this, and asked what to do.
 If not this then Your antivirus software relies on virus definitions to detect malware. That’s why it automatically downloads new, updated definition files – once a day or even more often. The definition files contain signatures for viruses and other malware that have been encountered. When an antivirus program scans a file and notices that the file matches a known piece of malware, the antivirus program stops the file from running, putting it into “quarantine.”

                so as this is A growing World.New viruses are generated daily and due to these are identified and add to your antivirus's Library Through daily Updates.
So now whenever antivirus notifies you for a new update,Dont deny as its for your own  security.

DAa Credit/Debit Card Number

 

EXPLAINED!!!

Hey Friends,
Do you remember the last Time You when you shopped online and were asked to enter the no. of your credit/Debit card or the last three no.s of your cards 16 digit?And then this curiosity about what this no.s mean came in your mind.

Generally,The 16 digit number in card stands for various categories of companies, type of card whether Debit or Credit and Various things. The No. is very important as it links to bank account.

Now coming to Point Major cards have 16 digit no on them.It is Generally an ANSI Standard coded number.

What Does Digit 1 (Industry ID) In that no. stands for ?
If

• 1 and 2 are Airline cards
• 3 – Travel and Entertainment
  • ex. Amex
• 4, 5 – Banking and Financial
  • ex. Visa, Mastercard
• 6 – Merchandising and Banking
  • ex. Discover, Diners Club
• 7 – Petroleum
• 8 – Telecom
• 9 – Misc. 

Digits from 2nd to 6th position?
They indicate which bank has issued the card.

Digits from 7th to 15th position?
The numbers at these position indicate or are your unique number indicating your account no.

Digit at 16th position?
This is the most unique and important number.The sole purpose of this digit is to allow validation of the rest of the number.


You can validate a card number on your own too. Double every other number, starting with the first number. Add the result of those multiplications to all of the other digits on the card, treating all numbers as individual digits, including double digit results from the doubling operation. If the sum of all these numbers is divisible by ten, the number is valid according to the ISO standard. However, a valid card number doesn’t necessarily mean the number is an active account or that charges can be made with it.

HEy Friends,

Have you ever opened ReMote of your tv or ever tried to fix a small electronic toy car? If you did you would have noticed a GrEEn rectangular card type circuit having no or less components and many traces or path, lines of metal.

 After seeing such a View and thinking for some time You would reach to conclusion that let some electrician handle, but until coming to decision there would curiosity in your mind that what is it? How it works with such a less no of components.

Its nothing of rocket science.
These are DAa Pcbs- Printed Circuit Boards.Now what these basically are?They are typically thinner and contain finer circuitry .These are made from glass reinforced plastic with copper tracks in places of wires ,Components are placed in this track by first drilling hole and then fixing the components by soldering them.The conductive pathways are printed on board by using computer softwares for designing them and then by ironing or printing the circuit on board.



The circuits which are to be drawn on the board are first simulated in physical word on breadboard
then are designed on computer software,then again simulated in order to remove any problem if left.
The benefit of this circuits are that they are small in size,compact and easy in fabrication and cost efficient too. During designing on software the size of circuit is reduced to a very good extent. And as these have large surface area these can cool down faster and are prone to rough use.

Applications of PCBs, As you all are familiar to applications of these but specifically these are used almost every where like TVs, radios, digital cameras, cellphones,computers,etc. IN computers they serve as foundation to many computer components like Network interface cards,Graphics card.

                                LEGENDARY QUATTRO

Many Of you Must have heard about DAa Legendary Automobiles and Mind-blowing technologies Audi Has produced since 1966( Re-launched by Volkswagen) and many of you have come across the word "QUATTRO" associated with it. What Generally Does this means?

Now the cleaning must be done in order to remove the waste products from Guitar body as we humans do :p .As we play, dead skin cells, sweat, and dirt build up on the fretboard and collect around the frets. Not only is this unattractive, but the moisture, acids, and salts in sweat cause the wood around the frets to deteriorate. This can cause dry rot in the fretboard, which results in loose frets and very expensive repairs.THe worst scenario if you dont clean it,the sweat which gets absorbed by fretboard, and as time passes on this sweat gets evaporated and thus resulting in to cracks in fretboard, they can corrode the coils and magnets, causing the pickup to fail. Same is for Daa corrosive materials,Which have the same effect on potentiometers and switches

Secondly,about using The conditioners -they really help in retaining the texture,polish of  guitar surface. But the most important factor regarding the use of conditioners are their ingredients, most of these products, including lemon oil, contain harmful chemicals and solvents that will damage your guitar’s wood and finish. Avoid anything that contains d-Limonene, alcohol, or silicone.  Derived from oil extracted from citrus rind, d-Limonene contains natural acids. These acids can act as a solvent and break down finishes and cause the wood around the frets to deteriorate. Alcohol dries out the fretboard, bridge, and other unfinished wood, and can cause cloudiness in certain types of finish. Silicone prevents the wood from breathing and can cause the finish on your guitar to become hazy. It’s also very difficult to remove.

And last but not least,Humidity. Conditioning wood certainly helps prevent it from cracking but it’s also a good idea to use a humidifier Maintaining a guitar-friendly humidity level helps prevent wood from cracking. 

so now

starting by cleaning the guitar bodyPut the compound on clean cloth(preferably nano fiber). If your finish is still hazy after cleaning, some light rubbing compound can be used to get the shine back. Keep in mind, though, anytime you buff or polish your guitar with an abrasive compound you are removing small amounts of finish, so use sparingly.

Fretboard conditioningFor built-up fingerboard grime,  use combo of compound and an old toothbrush with the bristles cut down to make them stiffer. Spray the cleaner on evenly, making sure not to get any in the soundhole where it could stain the label. Then attack the buildup in a circular motion with your toothbrush. This can be messy, so keep some rags handy to wipe away the dirty liquid. When you have a nice clean fingerboard, let it dry and clean off the toothbrush.Rub it in with a paper towel until the board looks good 

Humidifying Try running an ultrasonic or warm mist humidifier in that room.

The Problem of Ejecting Pen DRives

Most of us have come across the situation where after finishing our work on Pc we Try to Remove Daa "PEN DRIVE" from Pc and suddenly this thought struck's our Mind that whether we should remove the PEN DRIVE  either using eject mass media drive through safe Right click on the taskbar and then Blah Blah..... procedure or just save the time and pull it.

The answer here, in this case is determined due to CACHING, In simpler way its temporary storage area. For example,incase of our browser the files you automatically request by looking at a Web page are stored on your hard disk in a cache subdirectory under the directory for your browser. When you return to a page you've recently looked at, the browser can get those files from the cache rather than the original server, saving you time and saving the network the burden of additional traffic.

Similarly O.S. of your PC does with your Pen drive,which in turn connect's you to again the topic of concern  that which OPERATING SYSTEM you are using .The operating system which generally use such processes are Linux and Apple Macintosh but in case of windows this feature is by default off.


                                                         CONCLUSION
Never remove a flash drive while data is being copied to or from it.
    If you have a Mac or Linux always “eject” the drive before removing it.
    If you use Windows, I recommend “safely removing” the device, just to be on the safe side.
